Eligibility Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BELORIAN. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return, exchange, or receive a refund subject to the conditions outlined in this section.
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be returned within the specified return period (typically 30 days from delivery, unless otherwise stated)
- Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact
- Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)
- Items must not have been damaged by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
Certain items may be excluded from returns, refunds, or exchanges, including but not limited to items that have been personalized, customized, or made to order. Such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our customer service team at legal@belorian.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization, if applicable. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Hygiene and Usage Restrictions (Especially for Perfumes)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we have strict policies regarding returns and exchanges for certain products, particularly perfumes and skincare items that come into direct contact with the skin.
Perfumes and Fragrances: For health and safety reasons, perfumes and fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged once the product has been opened, used, or if the seal has been broken. This policy applies even if you are not satisfied with the scent or if the product does not meet your expectations. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions, notes, and customer reviews before making a purchase.
Unopened perfumes in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within the specified return period, subject to our general return eligibility conditions. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns of perfumes if we determine that the product has been tampered with, opened, or used in any way.
Skincare Products: Similar hygiene restrictions apply to skincare products. Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement, exchange, or full refund, even if the product has been opened.
Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after we receive and process your return, depending on your payment provider. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we may offer you a refund or store credit instead. You will be responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a more expensive item, and we will refund the difference if exchanging for a less expensive item.
